15 Fantastic Fall Keto Recipes (2024)

Fall has arrived in the High Rocky Mountains of Colorado and I love it! Time for some Fall Favorites to keep warm on those chilly evenings.

The leaves are starting to drop off of the trees and the nights are getting down into the 20’s already. Annnd, we even saw a few snowflakes in the higher elevations today.

While I am not sure I am ready to get the snow shovel out just yet, I am ready for some Fall Comfort food, Keto Style.

Being on the Keto Diet doesn’t mean that you have to forgo your Fall favorites. You just need to tweak them a little. Almost any dish can be replicated and revamped into a Keto friendly, low carb meal.

Losing weight on any diet can be a struggle, but with a little planning you can stay on track.

Chili is a Go To during Cool Autumn Evenings…

Plus, football season just started. I am not a huge fan of the game but I love the parties and a pot of chili always has a spot on the buffet.

In Colorado, we eat a lot of chili. Green, red, white…all of it.

And, it is sort of the perfect food if you think about it. A pot of chili has all of the protein, fat and fiber that you need and none of the carbs that you don’t (as long as you nix the beans). It keeps you full and lasts for days in the fridge.

Top this Keto Chili con Carne with a little cheese and sour cream and you will never even miss the beans. But, if you NEED beans, check out this Keto Chili with LOW CARB Beans (YAY).

But What About the Cornbread?

I love corn bread with my chili and we all know cornbread is loaded with carbs…

Don’t worry, Hilda over at Fit to Serve Group has you covered for this one.

She has an amazing “Keto Chicken Chili Cornbread Casserole” recipe that I tried over the weekend. I tweaked it a little bit and used some left over chili that I had in the fridge but her cornbread topping turned it into a fantastic, filling meal that we will be making again. It’s made with coconut flour so it won’t blow your carb count either.

Even the Tween ate seconds ( she never does this). Just look at this….

Keto Stuffed Mushrooms

This is a savory treat and I take it to every holiday party. This perfect in season treat can be a snack or an amazing appetizer.

I love spicy roast chicken and make this Easy Tandoori Chicken often at the Tween’s request. It’s spicy and keeps for a few days so make extra for lunches and quick weeknight dinners. This low carb Keto meal only has 0.5 grams of carbs per serving.

This Keto comfort food recipe is something I use again and again since it can be tossed together quickly to marinate in the fridge until you are ready to bake it. It’s an easy favorite Keto meal that tastes like I spent hours in the kitchen. (Plus it uses up the last bit of yogurt no one ever wants to eat).

There isn’t much that I can say about these Taco Stuffed Avocados that you can’t already see.

This is one of my favorite Keto meals and they are frigin fragin delicious!

I loooove tacos and avacados. Or as the Tween says Fre Shavacados.

You know the game…you are sitting around talking about your favorite foods and someone inevitably brings up the old scenario…”if you were stuck on a deserted island and only had one dish for the rest of your life, what would it be” bit? Mine would easily be tacos. Not even a hesitation.

This dish not only keeps your carbs in check but it also has the added dose of healthy fat you need to keep your Macros straight.

Mushrooms are in Season…

Well, technically you can buy mushrooms at any time of the year at your local grocery store.

But, we try to eat seasonally when we can because this is how our bodies were meant to work best.

Stuffed Portobello mushrooms hit the spot and are really easy to make.

This is a versatile dish that can be stuffed with a number of ingredients and the mushroom make a perfect portion sized “cup” for whatever goodness you put inside.

I have my own version of this recipe but really loved the Pizza version from Wholesome Yum. I usually pair this with spaghetti squash as a side dish.

These are gorgeous!

After seeing all of these wonderful dinner choices I am ready to move onto dessert…

Pumpkin desserts take the center stage this season and I couldn’t be happier about it.

This is by far the most versatile squash and I love it in dishes both sweet and savory. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin soup and pumpkin smoothies are all the rage at our house right now.

Hilda at The Fit to Serve Group has a ton of delicious, Keto Friendly recipes to share and the next two desserts are no exception.

Just look at that gorgeous crumbly topping on her Keto Pumpkin Streusel Coffee Cake.

Just knowing that you can still enjoy desserts like this makes the Keto Diet so much more appealing (for me anyway).

It is hard to believe that this delightful Keto Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pound Cake is a low carb food. But thanks to Fit to Serve and their awesome test kitchen, you can trust that it is.

This Keto Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cake Pound Cake is beautiful but the drizzly Maple & Cinnamon icing makes it irresistible.

I also have a quick Pumpkin recipe to share. This Keto Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake cooks up in the microwave in a single portion for a quick pick me up with your afternoon coffee. From start to finish this takes about 5 minutes.

If you don’t already have a Pumpkin Pie Spice recipe, check it out. It’s included with my Pumpkin Pie Recipe and it will save you a ton of money during the holidays.

Making your own Spice will save time and money. Plus you will be able to tweak the proportions so you can make it the way you like it.

Raspberries are in season too…

I love going out into the mountains with my family and picking fresh raspberries!

But they don’t last long so this low carb Raspberry Jam is just the ticket to prepare for winter.

Milica at Mind, Body and Spirit Well-being makes this jam sugar free and has a lot of goodies to go with it.

She has some great instructions and this fantastic gem won’t take long to whip up at all.

15 Fantastic Fall Keto Recipes (12)

If you need a recipe for an easy Keto friendly bread for your raspberry jam this one is the bomb. This Almond Flour Yeast Bread is easy to make, requires no special equipment and puffs up even at my altitude.

This is not a gluten free option but only carries 3 grams of carbs per slice. It’s nutty goodness really shines when it’s toasted.

This next dessert screams Fall, Thanksgiving and maybe even Christmas.

Being Keto during any of these holidays is not as hard as it initially seems. There are plenty of options and if you are going to someone else’s house just make sure whatever you are bringing is low carb (just in case).

This Low Carb Pecan Pie that came out of Keto Connects tests kitchen looks fabulous!

They actually tested three different recipes to find one worthy of presenting at a special meal…Look at this toasty, crumbly goodness!

Annnd, nothing goes better on pie than homemade whipped cream…ok, ice cream is tied with whipped cream.

But this last one isn’t so much of a recipe as a lost concept. Since the advent of aerosol whipped cream, a whole generation of people have gone their whole lives without having this ridiculously easy treat. IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE CANNED STUFF!

I used to hate whipped cream because it made me sick…like really sick. For a while I thought dairy was the culprit but now I know for a fact that it was the sugars and whatever other icky ingredients they put in those cans.

I….a lactose intolerant person for my entire life no longer have problems with dairy thanks to the Keto Diet.

This Whipped Cream is made with sugar alcohol (erythritol) so there are NO carbs at all in this fluffy goodness.
