What is AXS fan account? ›

AXS FanAccount is your way to view & manage all AXS tickets and account information in a single location before the event.

If you're using the AXS app, tap on the Account icon on the bottom-right and then tap on “Create Account.”

Our ticketing platform is via AXS. Create or login to your Coachella FanAccount here.

Missed Payments

If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial payment due date, your order may be canceled at any time. Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid will be issued as a Coachella Credit that can be used toward future Coachella purchases.

Upon purchasing tickets, your AXS tickets will be automatically added to your existing AXS account. If you do not currently have an AXS account you will be instructed to create one during your purchase.

They are separate ticket selling platforms and both of them the ONLY official place you can buy then so please don't buy them from anywhere else no matter how desperate you are or how convincing 'seller' is.

AXS Premium tickets give all fans safe and easy access to incredible tickets at market driven prices for many of the most popular events. These in-demand tickets to concerts and other events are made available by artists and event organizers through AXS.

Every ticket purchased on AXS is guaranteed real and authentic, but too many tickets on other sites are fraudulent. Working with our event partners, we're taking real steps to end this problem. When you first create an account on AXS, you're given an AXS Mobile ID, the secure and unique digital code for your tickets.

The max # of tickets you can get (which is 6) is per PURCHASE, not per account. Having more or less # of different accounts won't affect your chances so don't worry about making several accounts!

Alcohol and Beverage Control officers are the most skilled at catching fake ID's and there is always an officer at the ID check booth. It does not matter how many times you have used your fake ID before, there is a high chance you will get caught with it at Coachella or Stagecoach.

These special occasions are typically reserved as membership perks or fan loyalty programs. Most pre-sales require a special code in order to purchase tickets early and these codes are typically sent out to eligible fans leading up to the sale. Access to a pre-sale does not guarantee tickets.

AXS is a paperless ticketing system. Once you create an AXS account, you'll use the AXS app to get into the event.
